AED Coffee Shop is a small but charming food business in Marrakech, born from a project that has continuously evolved over the past few years. Rooted in authenticity, traditions, and a love for food, we are a dynamic team with a wide range of expertise in the culinary field. We have gained experience in homemade cuisine, ready-to-eat meals, catering services, and knowledge sharing. For the past few years, we have been present every Sunday at the “Oasiria Market” in Marrakech. Our stand, a must-visit, promises an assortment of Moroccan and international delights. The story behind our founder
A few years after moving to Canada, Yousra founded a home catering company in 2002, offering authentic Moroccan dishes made from recipes passed down through generations. While prioritizing the well-being and education of her two children, her culinary creations became the centerpiece of many parties, community events, and family gatherings, illustrating her ability to balance her passion for cooking with her family life. Upon her return to Morocco, enriched by her added knowledge of international recipes, she decided to assemble a talented team that shares her passion for gastronomy.
